Terms of Service

Pilot Pathway is a discovery platform — a pilot pool. It connects pilots with airlines and recruiters. It does not guarantee recruitment, an interview, or employment. The recruitment process itself is run entirely by the airline.

• You must provide accurate, truthful information about your qualifications and experience.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and account secure.
• You may not use the platform to harass, mislead, or discriminate against other users.

Airline and recruiter accounts are unvetted until an administrator verifies the organisation. Unvetted accounts have limited access. A vetted airline receives a unique Airline ID code that lets colleagues from the same company join and share the company dashboard without separate vetting. Misuse of an Airline ID code may result in revocation of access.

Pilot Pathway is provided "as is". We are not liable for the outcome of any interaction between a pilot and an airline, nor for decisions made based on profile information. Airlines are responsible for their own recruitment and verification processes.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The app does not guarantee recruitment, an interview, a shortlisting, or employment. Being visible in the pool does not mean an airline will contact you. The hiring decision is made entirely by the airline.

Profile information — flight hours, licences, ratings, medical status, and training — is self-certified by the pilot. Pilot Pathway does not independently verify this information. Airlines are responsible for their own verification during their recruitment process.

Interactions between pilots and airlines, including interviews and any subsequent employment, take place outside the platform. Pilot Pathway is not a party to those relationships and accepts no liability for their outcome.

Pilot Pathway does not process payments and will never request banking or payment details. Any request for such information is not from this platform.

You use the platform at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from interactions with other users.
